Claimant Clinical / Medical Negligence Solicitor, Cardiff

The Role:
- Based in Cardiff
- Joining the highly regarded Clinical Negligence team to represent claimants and their families following poor medical treatment
- Conducting a wide range of clinical negligence cases; Instructing and communicating with Counsel; Dealing with highly complex conferences
- Mentoring and supervise solicitors and paralegals
- Maintaining knowledge of clinical negligence complaints handling procedures by GPs and NHS in England and Wales
Requirements:
- You will be a qualified solicitor with minimum 4+ years PQE
- You will have claimant clinical negligence experience
- The team will also consider applications from defendant lawyers with a demonstrable interest in claimant work
