Residential Property Paralegal - minimum 1-2 years residential property experience from a top tier firm required
We're looking for a Residential Paralegal or Legal Exec to join this dynamic, friendly team. At the moment, the team are all working from home and probably will be for some time. When the office reopens, you will still be able to wfh, but will be required to make it into the office on an ad hoc basis.
You will need to be able to work independently and have a MINIMUM of 1-2 years residential property experience from a reputable firm. You will be experienced in :
- Pure residential property matters
- Development plot sales
- You will ideally have CQS training
Salary is £30 - £35K.
