NQ Corporate/Commercial Solicitor

Commercial practice based in Sussex seeks NQ+ Solicitor or CILEX to join busy Corporate/Commercial team. You will be joining a team of commercial lawyers acting for London and international clients which include leading technology start-ups, celebrities, media companies and entrepreneurs across a range of industry sectors. Work includes Corporate M&As, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, private equity/venture capital, finance matters, commercial agreements and IP work. Generous salary (including Additional Profit Share Bonus), career prospects on offer.

You must have experience in Corporate/Commercial work and be either a CILEX or qualified Solicitor (NQ+)
