Professional Negligence Solicitor
A leading UK law firm have a requirement for an experienced Professional Negligence Solicitor to join their Birmingham team.
The Firm
A national law firm operating across a network of offices providing a wide range of legal services to clients across the UK involving a number of market sectors to include insurance, construction, technology, telecoms, healthcare, media, leisure, retail and hospitality.
The Role
The Professional Negligence Solicitor will join a growing team that handles a significant volume of claims covering a wide range of professionals and sectors, from traditional risks involving the law, property and accountancy to new and emerging professions. Day to day duties can include handling a case load of professional negligence cases for a wide range of professions and disciplines, and advising on policy issues.
The Candidate
The Professional Negligence Solicitor will have either previous professional negligence or Property Litigation experience. The successful individual will have the ability of managing/defending high value and/or technically complex cases. Experience in building client relationships with a high level of self-sufficiency is required.
