Residential Conveyancer - In House - Surrey
A rare opportunity has arisen to join this in house property team with an award winning house builder

THE ROLE
Overseeing another Conveyancer in the team acting as a go to person in relation to any technical conveyancing queries
Working within a small and long established in house legal team handling plot sales transactions from beginning to end
Assisting other team members when required
Providing an excellent level of service in line with the expectations of the business
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 3 years experience in handling your own diverse caseload of residential property transactions is essential
Previous experience of working with a residential house builder or handling new build / plot transactions if preferred but not essential
A proven track record in residential conveyancing
