North West London firm seek a Property Solicitor to join their busy residential conveyancing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a CQS accredited firm with full lender panel memberships.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload consisting of a mix of residential property matters to include freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership and Re-mortgages and lease extensions. Experience in acting for bridging loan companies in secured lending will provide a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate must be confident, proactive and able to take responsibility in dealing with client base.
The role is initially offered on a 6 month contract basis however there is a possibility of a permanent position.
Candidates with a small following of their own clients are preferred although this is not essential.
