West Sussex practice seeks Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer to oversee existing caseload of Conveyancing & Commercial Property matters. You will be taking over from a retiring Partner dealing with sales/purchases, re-mortgages, equity transfers, business leases and land sales. Any experience with Licensing, Development work or general commercial work would be an advantage. Generous salary, Partnership prospects and some working flexibility (TBC).
Requirements & QualificationsExperience dealing with all aspects of Conveyancing and ideally some experience with Commercial Property matters including business leases and sales/transfers.
