Our client is a leading regional firm with offices across Devon and Cornwall, and this is a new position to be based in their Exeter offices ideally. You will be joining an already strong and very well-regarded Real Estate team that undertakes a fantastic mix of local, wider regional and national/international work, so the work exposure on offer is second to none and you will be given every chance to really develop your experience and confidence and indeed your hands-on client relationships.

You will ideally have at least two years' post qualified experience in commercial property work, and clearly you will either already be based down in the Devon area or there will be genuine reasons why you are looking to move down to the area in the coming months, perhaps as a result of existing family connections or your 'home' roots down that way.

Specifically, this role will sit within their Social Housing team, dealing mostly with development work on behalf of major social housing clients on local and national work. The work is therefore of a high quality and value with interesting elements.
