A Legal 500 firm with 3 sites across Cambridgeshire and London is now looking to hire a commercial property solicitor for its highly regarded team in Peterborough.
The ideal commercial property solicitor will have around NQ - 3 years' PQE and will be joining a 15 person team that acts for a client base within the finance, development, retail and office sectors.
In this role, you will deal with acquisitions, disposals, secured lending, landlord and tenant work and portfolio management, with some transactions valued over £100m.
