My client is Looking for an experienced Real estate Lawyer to join the Investment and Property Management team at this award winning legal 500 law firm for their Liverpool office.
In this role you are required to manage your own commercial real estate files including acquisitions, disposals, leases and lease renewals. Dealing with a variety of property management matters supporting a flow of work from national retailers, local authorities and highly recognisable landowners.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in the following areas and hold at least 4yrs experience in dealing with drafting contracts, leases, licences, consents, transfers and other property documents, drafting property documents, complete property due diligence and reporting on title, searches and enquiries as well as dealing with major commercial clients including in-house estates teams and commercial agents and surveyors.
