Our client is a Top 100 UK law firm and are now seeking a commercial property solicitor for their Bristol office. They are a leading national law firm with a number of offices in the UK.
They are now seeking an Associate solicitor with at least 2 years experience in real estate work from a strong regional or City law firm to join their growing real estate team.
The role is dealing with a wide range of real estate work, but there will be a focus on development work. You will be dealing with property development (conditional site acquisitions, development finance, lettings and disposals) and Strategic Land transactions (land promotion agreements, options and overages) so previous experience in this area would be beneficial. My client has a particularly strong sector approach and you'll therefore have the opportunity to work with other commercial teams in this large professional law firm.
You'll be bright and enthusiastic and are now looking to join an entrepreneurial and progressive commercial law firm. With good headroom for progression, you will be joining a friendly and pro-active team, and given lots of support for you to fully develop you career.
