Chadwick Nott are now recruiting for an exceptional new Real Estate opportunity, for a real estate lawyer to join the well-regarded reak estate team of a leading national law firm, based in Southampton.
Our client is a successful and award winning regional practice, who service an impressive client base of PLC, private and institutional organisations. The firm possess one of the leading Real Estate teams in the region. The Group's client list and the quality, range and value of the work undertaken is impressive. They represent sellers, buyers, developers, investors, partners, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants.
Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a further Real Estate Solicitor to the team. You will have experience in Real Estate, gained with a national, or reputable regional practice. Strong academics are important, as is a commercial outlook and a passion for business development as you will be expected to get involved in the further marketing of the department and wider firm.
