Head of Residential Conveyancing - Legal Tech focused
This is a very different role in the market, and certainly one for anyone who is interested in legal tech, has huge ambition and an expert in residential conveyancing.
We are working with an exciting start up company which is part of a larger established successful digital agency. The company recognised a hole in the market when it comes to automation and digitalisation of the conveyancing process. The new company has been created to provide a completely transparent conveyancing process, whereby clients are able to see at any given point in time, where their transactions are with the avoidance of chasing solicitors etc.
This is hugely exciting as the company will be working with their talented developers to create a platform with the help of the Head of Residential Conveyancing. In this role not only will you be working closely to create the platform, you will also be there from the beginning, creating the legal processes, business developing and building a large team below you over the next 4 years.
Understandably, our client is looking for a specialist residential property conveyancing solicitor to head this operation up, but also someone with a hunger for this type of work, ambition and entrepreneurial spirit. They are offering a very competitive salary.
