Our client, a leading international law firm, is currently recruiting a costs Costs Draftsperson to join their busy team based in Guildford. You will be assisting a very busy costs team on many complex costs litigation matters. To include clinical negligence, property litigation and personal injury.
You must be able to show 2 years' costs experience to include drafting bills of costs, cost budgets and dealing with assessment proceedings, you must have the ability to deal with advocacy at Cost CMC's and detailed assessment hearings.
