My client is an expanding law firm based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, and is looking for a qualified Residential Conveyancer Solicitor/Legal Executive to join a successful department in this critical hire.
You'll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (2+ years' PQE) with the technical ability to run and manage your own full caseload of files from initial instruction through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.
You will be active in marketing and business development in order to expand this area of work and gain new clients building good relationships with referrers in the local area.
In return for your hard work, the successful Residential Conveyancer will be rewarded by working for a firm which strongly believes in its fee earners, developing a close professional relationship with clients, and supplies appropriate mentoring and support to develop your career.
