Corporate and Commercial Solicitor - York

My client, a forward thinking and well established firm in North Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team.

The role will involve managing your own caseload providing legal advice and assistance on a range of matters including mergers and acquisitions (both shares and assets), corporate governance, restructuring and refinancing, joint ventures, partnerships, commercial agreements and intellectual property.

The ideal candidate will display excellent client care and organisational skills, work well under pressure and be a strong team player. You should also have a proven track record of meeting financial targets.
