A great opportunity for a part time Planning Lawyer to join a well-regarded London Borough. This is initially a locum role for a 3 month duration but is likely to be extended on a rolling basis.
The Planning Lawyer will be dealing with a range of matters relating to planning law, such as:
- Providing Planning advice
- Section 106s
- Highways advice
- Section 278 agreements
- Enforcement
- Judicial Reviews
The successful Planning Lawyer will have experience of the above, ideally from local authority. Candidates from private practice who have relevant planning law experience are also encouraged to apply.
This is a part time position for 21 hours per week, so it could suit a planning lawyer looking for flexible working due to personal circumstances, or someone looking to take on some additional work.
The Council is well regarded and the candidate will join a really friendly and supportive legal team.
The duration of the assignment can be conducted remotely so it is suitable for planning lawyers who don't live in London. Our client is flexible about working arrangements.
