SENIOR RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING LAWYER

12 month FTC
I am working with a Top 200 National Law firm as they are looking to bolster their impressive residential property team with a senior associate residential property lawyer. As a senior member of this hard working team, you will be expected to assist more junior members of the team and run your own case load of sales and purchases; re-mortgages, transfers of equity and declarations of trusts.
This is a fixed term contract role although there is every chance that this position will become permanent. The ideal candidate will have upwards of 5 years of experience in Residential Property matters and have excellent client facing skills. There is a top benefits package including a salary which will be reflective of experience.
