Family Law Solicitor / CILEX (Brighton)

Solicitors practice in central Brighton seeks Family Law Solicitor (3yrs+) or CILEX to take over an existing caseload of Legal Aid matrimonial work. You will be dealing with public law children matters including care proceedings, residence, and contact issues whilst also conducting advocacy at Hearings. Any experience acting for/representing "Guardians" is an advantage. Generous salary and "Some Home Working" is on offer.

Candidates must be either CILEXs or Solicitors with experience in Family Law matters. Any experience acting for "Guardians" preferred
