Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced 5+ year PQE Family Solicitor to join their highly regarded and reputable Family Law team of the Lexcel accredited Legal 500. This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door of a leading, multi-office private practice with great opportunity for career progression.
As an integral member of the Family Law team, you will have full autonomy over a diverse and varied caseload, dealing with all aspects of family law matters to include; divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation, pre and post-nuptial agreements and private child arrangement matters. You must be able to provide technical expertise and guidance to clients with an emphasis on exceptional service in order to maintain the firm's outstanding reputation.
An interest in business development and marketing to support the growth of the department can be considered, however, key skills will be the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills on sensitive matters for your clients. Experience of working in a multi-site, fast-paced legal business in a Family Law Solicitor role, ideally working across a broad range of divorce, financial remedy and separation, cohabitation and child arrangement cases is preferable.
