Village solicitors practice seeks CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor to join busy property department. You will be overseeing a caseload of residential sales/purchases, re-mortgages, equity transfers and shared ownership sales (both freehold & leasehold properties). Any experience with plot sales/development or residential lease extensions would be a bonus. You will acting for Sussex and Kent clients, CQS or LEXCEL experience preferred.
