My client, a top tier Legal 500 practice based in London are now looking for a Business Immigration Solicitor to join their award winning team. The firm they are consistently expanding and have exciting growth plans.
Your New Role
- Ability to manage own caseload of Business Immigration matters
- Advising employer clients on applying for sponsor licences, related compliance issues, and issuing certificates of sponsorship
- Advising businesses starting up in the UK, from international companies
- Company restructuring
- Points system experience is essential
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be qualified, ideally NQ-5PQE
- Be passionate about their work as an Business Immigration Solicitor
- Be dedicated and enthusiastic
- Be an excellent communicator with first rate client care skills
