COOL COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR (2-5PQE)

An exciting new opportunity for an accomplished and talented commercial litigation solicitor / dispute resolution solicitor (2-5PQE).
Legal Works is delighted to be recruiting for this young and growing practice with a thriving litigation TEAM that deals with the full range of commercial and financial disputes.
A great option that will allow the right individual to claim the role as their own and to get right involved in the development and progression of their career as well as the forward momentum of the department.
YOU:-
*Be a junior Associate with circa 2-5PQE;
*Must have outstanding academic credentials (minimum 2.1 from a Russell Group University or institution of a similar standing) coupled with solid experience since qualification.
*Your experience will have been in the disputes department of a leading firm or leading disputes firm (preferably, but not necessarily, in the City of London).
*Must have some experience of working on high-value, sophisticated cases and have had some involvement in the various procedural stages of active court cases, preferably in the High Court.
*Will be capable of working confidently and competently on such cases as you are assigned.
*Will be required to work closely with partners and more senior associates on large cases but will be required to take on responsible roles in smaller cases and should be unafraid to do so.
*Will be happy to get involved in the marketing and business development of the firm;
*Will be ambitious, commercially minded;
*Will be fantastic communicator with colleagues and clients alike.
