This Legal 100 firm based in the City of London is looking for an insolvency solicitor to join its expanding team.
The team in London is part of the firm's well known national insolvency department and offers the ideal supportive culture and working environment for a junior solicitor to thrive, learn and progress.
The department acts for insolvency practitioners, including major accountancy firms, creditors such as banks and other lenders, debtors, companies, directors and other stakeholders. Their work is varied and includes advice on restructuring, recoveries and the acquisition of distressed businesses.
This role would suit a junior insolvency solicitor, including NQs. You will need to demonstrate a genuine interest in developing your career in the insolvency sector, combined with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
