Property Solicitor - Essex
A brand new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a multi office, forward thinking private practice based in South Essex. They are currently looking to expand this department further with a new recruit who can hit the ground running and easily pick up an existing caseload. You will be joining a friendly team of 5 fee earners, combined they have over 44 years with the firm.
As a Property Solicitor you will have a good quality caseload which will mainly consist of, but will not be limited to:
* Sales & Purchases
* Freehold & Leasehold transactions
* Remortgages
* New builds
* Contracts and Transfer Deeds
* Lease extensions
* Some light commercial property experience would be beneficial
