A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Tunbridge Wells is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Senior Solicitor with a minimum of 5yrs PQE to work in its successful and busy property team.
Your caseload will comprise of commercial landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and corporate support work.
A large part of the role will be marketing and business development activities. You will have a proven track record of attracting and retaining new clients and will strive at all times to deliver excellent client service.
