We are working with a large commercial firm who are looking for a property paralegal to join their Securitisation team based in Colchester. This successful team are looking for a property paralegal who is ambitious and willing to learn. You must have previous experience with a property team.
You will be starting off by assisting the lawyers with their caseload and being encouraged to take on your own caseload. You will be working on tasks such as identifying titles, office copy entries and documents, searches, Land Registry searches, dealing with the local authority and readying the file for completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody to build on their property experience with an excellent and reputable firm, where you will be encouraged to develop.
Please only apply if you have atleast 6 months' experience in a reputable residential conveyancing property team. It is important that you have achieved a Law Degree (or conversion) at 2.1 or above. It is desirable that you are completing your studies through CILEx or LPC. You must be able to show that you can work to deadlines and under pressure, that you can work as part of a dynamic team and it is very important that you can demonstrate excellent client care skills.
