A Legal 500 firm in Colchester is keen to recruit a Corporate Commercial Paralegal into their prestigious team.
The successful Corporate Commercial Paralegal will have a 2:1 LLB (Hons) and a minimum of six months experience working within a busy, corporate commercial team. You will gain a fantastic insight into corporate & commercial law through supporting experienced solicitors on a range of matters, such as M&A, restructurings, commercial contracts, business disposals and sponsor agreements.
You will also have an entrepreneurial character and be keen to develop your career in corporate and commercial work.
