This long-established law firm is searching for an experienced litigation solicitor or legal executive to join it in Torquay.
This firm advises on all legal matters, including litigation, family, private client and conveyancing, but also has a very strong presence within corporate law, both locally and further afield. Its long-standing relationships with clients far and wide bring much repeat business across all departments.
They are now looking for an additional hire for their small litigation team to work alongside an established and supportive Head of Department.
To apply for this role, you should ideally have at least one year's experience within litigation as a solicitor or legal executive.
You will run your own caseload, including:
- Property Litigation (both residential and commercial landlord & tenant work)
- Personal Injury
- Internal Credit Control & Debt Recovery
- Commercial Litigation
This is a wide-ranging role and you will be looking for autonomy to conduct your own advocacy where possible.
