This leading specialist healthcare firm is looking to recruit into its market leading healthcare team.
The work is non claims and focuses on advising the NHS and other healthcare providers on a variety of issues including but not limited to patient care, public law issues, inquests, funding decisions and judicial review.
The department is a leader in its field with an outstanding reputation. Renowned for good quality work, friendly working environment and a supportive team structure you could not ask for a better place to specialise in this area of work. The work includes dealing with some of the most important and politically sensitive cases for the NHS. The successful candidate will therefore need to be a confident lawyer who is dynamic, self-motivated and able to develop the skills to work with very senior NHS management.
Ideally will be a solicitor with previous experience of advisory law at a leading healthcare practice. However, our client appreciates this is a niche area and will look at bright individuals who can show a passion for wanting to move into this area of law. Newly qualified solicitors will definitely be considered.
