Opportunity for an employment solicitor (NQ-4) to join a highly reputable and recognised Legal 500 firm's Employment Team based in its Aberdeen office.
In your role, you will be working with a wide range of high calibre clients on a wide variety of employment issues ranging from managing disputes to involvement in developing employee relations.
As part of the Employment Team, you will regularly be involved with a range of employment matters such as employment litigation, policy and procedure drafting and non-contentious employment matters. You will also be expected to aid colleagues in other departments where employment law issues are involved in transactions.
You will have a keen interest and passion for employment law and will have the strong interpersonal skills required for working closely in partnership with clients.
