An opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor has become available with one of Yorkshire's leading law firms with multiple offices across the region, to be based at its Wakefield office. The firm employs over 200 staff in regional offices and seeks to attract and reward the best legal talents in order to provide its clients with the highest possible standard of service.
The firm handles a broad portfolio of work and is looking to strengthen its team with the hire of a Commercial Property Solicitor.
Candidates should be ambitious and enthusiastic with a minimum of 1 to 3 years post qualification experience or equivalent. Candidates should be capable of working with a degree of autonomy and possess the drive to succeed.
The successful candidate will assist the Property Department with all manner of Commercial Property transactions. Working alongside the Head of the Department, transactions will include sales, purchases, leasing and refinancing. A flexible and team-working approach to work is also required.
