A great opportunity has arisen within a highly reputable Worcestershire-based firm. They are seeking a private client associate solicitor to join their strong and dynamic team. The firm is willing to be flexible with this position and can offer a shorter working week (4 days).
You will join a successful, knowledgeable and tight-knit private client team where you will draft and support with wills, LPAs, administration of estates, some tax planning and general private client work. Our client is looking for some exposure to Care and Court of Protection work (advantageous).
The team itself has grown and developed organically along with the addition of fantastic experience brought in with lateral partner moves. The team is now looking for an individual with around 5-10 years' PQE who is commercially minded and ambitious. They are looking for somebody ideally STEP qualified who is able to market the department through networking and business development activities. The firm can offer a friendly, flexible and collegiate working environment along with excellent quality work!
