This established law firm in North Hampshire is looking to appoint a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor for its growing department, where you will need 3+ years' post qualification experience and be able to run your own caseload with minimal supervision. This is a critical hire.
As a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor in this successful team, you will be able to business develop in order to build up your own caseload. You must demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise on a range of corporate & commercial work, including commercial contracts, M&A, company and business sales, company restructures, Joint ventures, IP, refinancing and cross-border transactions.
The firm provides comprehensive corporate and commercial services to businesses of all sizes (new business start-ups, SMEs, large national and international organisations, FTSE 100 companies and some charitable organisations).
