Our client is a highly reputable Legal 500 firm. Due to organic growth, their award-winning commercial property team in Glasgow is seeking a commercial property solicitor (NQ - 2 years).
As part of the commercial property team, you will gain exposure to high level investment deals, being the first point of contact for key clients, working on investment sales, development work and acquisition.
To be the successful candidate, you will demonstrate passion for the real estate industry and show a desire for progressing your career in commercial property. You will have the appropriate range of commercial property legal knowledge and strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines, as well as having exceptional communication skills to produce solutions that address client requirements while remaining commercially aware.
