This is a great opportunity for an experienced corporate solicitor to work for a Legal 100 firm in Crawley.
With a minimum of 3 years' PQE working in a corporate team, you will be joining as an Associate Solicitor working alongside the partners.
You will be working on your own caseload which will include M&A markets, acquisition and sale of private companies, private equity and financing of private businesses, shareholders agreements and restructuring and any corporate support required by regional corporate clients.
