Professional Indemnity Solicitor.
Our client is a leading international law firm with a strong Bristol presence and an established defendant professional indemnity team which is ranked in the top tier, by both Legal 500 and Chambers, for defendant professional indemnity work, with a number of team members being recognised leaders in their field.
The Role:
-The team acts for the majority of leading professional indemnity insurers and on their behalf advises solicitors, brokers, accountants, engineers, surveyors and their insurers when faced with the threat of professional negligence claims.
-Within this role you'll handle an interesting and varied workload of defendant professional indemnity claims
-Additional responsibilities will involve supporting marketing and business development activity within the team.
The Candidate:
-Ideally you will be 1+PQE with professional indemnity experience and are handling your own caseload of litigated claims
- Applications from NQ solicitors that have completed seats in insurance litigation, commercial litigation, professional negligence are positively encouraged to apply
