New Build Conveyancer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a firm that G2 Legal has placed over thirty people with in the past 7 years. They have gone from strength to strength, starting from one office to now having 8 offices across the West Midlands. They are now looking for a New Build Conveyancer for their new Stafford office. Generally, the people G2 Legal have placed at this level within new offices have gone on to reach Directorship.

You will join a busy and thriving department across all offices, but you will be the sole new build solicitor within this office. You must be able to hit the ground running on a caseload of new build matters, so previous experience of running a new build caseload is essential, along with a proven track record of building upon and developing relationships with clients. You will be given support from the new business team, conveyancing assistants and the post completion team so you can focus on the main part of the transaction.

This role offers an individual the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, offering plenty of autonomy along with paralegal support. They offer an approachable and friendly working atmosphere and plenty of scope for progression right through to Director level.
