A leading and specialist Chambers recommended practice is seeking a private client solicitor or legal executive for their successful and highly regarded team.
The ideal candidate will be an established solicitor or legal executive with a broad base of experience who might already have or will be studying towards their STEP qualification. You will deal with a broad mix of work to include probate applications, estate and IHT forms, and the drafting of wills and LPAs. You will also take on some marketing and business development activities.
