Residential Property Conveyancer

Our client is a growing 6 partner private practice law firm. The firm is based in a market town in South Oxfordshire/Berkshire border and is well known in the area for providing quality legal advice to both commercial and private clients throughout Thames Valley and beyond.

As part of the firm's expansion plans, they are looking to appoint a Residential Property Licensed conveyancer/legal executive to join the thriving department and its buoyant team of 5. You will be responsible for assisting the Head of Residential Property with conveyancing transactions whilst also running your own caseload of high value (£400k up to £6 million) Residential Property matters.

The work will include:

• Sales and purchases.
• Development work.
• Remortgages.
• Equity release schemes.
• Transfers of equity.
• Matrimonial conveyancing.
• Lease work.

This is a client facing role and they are seeking a certain individual who aspires to assist in the growth of the residential department in the future. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and friendly, have good academics and have a minimum of 3 years conveyancing experience handling a broad caseload of property matters.
