Conveyancing Paralegal
A busy conveyancing team within a regional private practice require an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal for their office in the Bournemouth and Poole area.
The Company - An accredited conveyancing department within a forward thinking law firm. Partner led and client focused the firm offer a comprehensive legal service to SME, regional and national clients.
The Role - The successful conveyancing paralegal will support the conveyancing team on matters as well as running cases from instruction through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers, re-mortgages, equity release and help to buy. The conveyancing paralegal will also run a case load of residential transactions.
The Candidate - A minimum 12 months previous conveyancing experience gained working within a residential property department and a distinct interest in property law. The ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in using a case management system is desirable. Capable of supporting fee earners and running property transactions from instruction through completion, including post completion administration.
