One of the region's leading and most reputable multi-service law firms has a new opportunity within their dedicated defendant EL/PL department for an experienced and motivated EL/PL Paralegal or Fee Earner to join their team in Liverpool.
You'll be joining perhaps one of the most well-regarded defendant insurance practices in the North West. You'll be joining a well-established and dynamic department where you'll handle your own caseload of fully litigated EL/PL claims, from instruction through to completion. You'll be a confident litigator and ideally have defendant experience, however if you have claimant EL/PL experience you are encouraged to apply.
You will be working alongside a vastly experienced team that consists of both qualified and non-qualified Fee Earners. You'll be dealing with high-quality fast track work up to a value of £25,000. You'll be able to demonstrate strong litigation experience and be comfortable and confident working on your caseload autonomously.
