This regarded firm seeks an Immigration Solicitor for their Bedford office.
Working with a Partner, you will have experience in both Business and Private Immigration, including the following areas:
* Visa (Business, Work, Student, Family, Visitors)
* Sponsor Licence Applications
* Advice on migrant employees
* Settlement in the UK/ Indefinite Leave to Remain
* Extension applications
* British Citizenship
* Human Rights & Asylum
* Deportation & Removals
* Subject Access Requests
* EEA Applications
You will have a minimum of 2 years PQE, strong client care skills, proven experience of handling your own caseload and be happy to undertake business development and marketing.
