The Role Working closely with experienced solicitors and conveyancers, you'll play an important role in supporting a busy residential property team and helping to deliver an excellent service to clients throughout their property transactions. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing day-to-day administrative and legal support to the Residential Conveyancing team * Assisting with the progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion * Preparing and managing legal documentation and correspondence * Undertaking property and legal searches * Assisting with enquiries, contract packs and exchange of contracts * Managing files, records and key dates * Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties * Supporting fee earners with their caseloads and general administrative requirements * Ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and within required timescales About You We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to develop their legal career within residential conveyancing. You may already have experience as a Legal Assistant, Conveyancing Assistant, Paralegal or Legal Administrator, ideally within a property environment. Alternatively, you may be an ambitious candidate looking to build a career within residential conveyancing.
