About Us:

We’re not a volume-driven operation; nor are we a small high street practice. We’re a niche, forward-thinking law firm with a focus on quality, wellbeing and collaborative relationships.

As we continue to grow as a leading name in the market, we’re looking for experienced individuals who genuinely care about their clients, their colleagues and the quality of work they deliver. If you value communication, empathy and exceptional conveyancing driven by strong client relationships, you’ll feel right at home with us.

Our commitment to sustainable work means you’ll own from start to finish a dynamic and varied caseload (circa 60), backed by our support teams and in-house systems and technology.  You’ll also have access to genuine opportunities for progression, development and leadership training designed to enrich your long-term success.

The Role:

  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters focussed on leasehold sale and purchases.
  • Conducting pre-contract enquiries, title investigations, and advising on covenants, easements and other title issues.
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, certificates and related documentation.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, surveyors and other third parties to progress transactions to completion.
  • Undertaking anti-money laundering checks and complying with regulatory and firm risk procedures.
  • Providing clear updates to clients throughout the transaction and ensuring a high standard of client care.
  • Supporting junior fee earners and contributing to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

The Candidate:

  • Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or just great experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters.
  • Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation.
  • Strong client care skills with the ability to communicate complex legal information clearly.
  • Ability to manage a caseload, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware approach to work.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems; willingness to learn new technology.

The Benefits:

As a Senior-level Property Lawyer at Simply, you’ll enjoy:

  • remote or hybrid working,
  • flexible hours,
  • a competitive salary,
  • a comprehensive health insurance scheme,
  • enhanced family leave pay.
  • additional holiday purchase...
  • and a wide range of further benefits.

 How to apply:

If you want to be part of a team where you’re valued, supported and empowered to do your best work, now is the time to take the next step.  We can offer immediate start dates and also have further planned intakes across the upcoming months.
