CILEx recommends having some sort of qualification such as any degree, 4 GCSEs, or a Level 2 Intermidiate Legal Admin Apprenticeship. You will undergo two stages of training and work experience before qualifying. The qualifications can be spread out over a long period of time providing flexibility for those who have other commitments. Those with a qualifying law degree or GDL can be fast tracked.
