Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a consistently high standard of communication and service.

Work collaboratively with colleagues on complex matters and contribute to the continued development of the employment law practice.

Manage files efficiently, ensuring compliance with professional obligations, internal procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.

About You

We are interested in hearing from qualified Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE, who can demonstrate a strong background in employment law.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience advising and representing employees across a range of employment law matters.

Experience managing an independent caseload, including contentious employment disputes.

Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Employment Tribunal procedures and settlement agreements.

Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills.

The ability to provide clear and pragmatic advice on complex legal issues.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.

A professional, approachable and client-focused manner.

Confidence working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

Experience representing professionals in regulated sectors or conducting Employment Tribunal advocacy would be advantageous, although additional training and support may be available.

What's on Offer?

The successful candidate will benefit from:

Competitive salary, dependent on experience.

Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid or remote working options.

Generous annual leave entitlement.

Support from experienced employment law practitioners.
