EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, 4+ PQE, OXFORDSHIRE, £75,000 - £90,000 DOE – Join a leading national law firm advising an impressive, diverse client base on high-quality employment matters. THE ROLE
You will handle Employment Tribunal claims, advise on complex employee relations issues, and provide strategic guidance on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will advise major employers, manage client relationships, supervise junior lawyers, and deliver client training, while supporting business development and expanding your expertise in regulated sectors.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with 4+ PQE and experience advising employers on Employment Tribunal claims and wider employment matters. Commercially minded and solutions-focused, you will manage complex cases, build strong client relationships, and support junior colleagues. Experience advising large employers or clients in regulated sectors is advantageous, alongside excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and an interest in client training and business development.
