This is an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated Conveyancing Lawyer either a solicitor, Legal Executive or lLicenced Conveyancer to join a Hertfordshire firm that offers real career progression and a friendly, focused working environment. Fantastic offices with free parking.
Key Responsibilities for the Conveyancing Lawyer role -
Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
Conduct thorough due diligence, including property searches, title checks, and reviewing contracts.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
Prepare and draft necessary legal documents and correspondence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client communications.
Experience of mentoring more junior fee earners would be beneficialQualifications and Experience for this Conveyancing Lawyer role:
Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer or paralegal from 5+ years experience handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters.
Strong understanding of conveyancing law and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficient in using conveyancing software and other legal technology.Benefits for this Conveyancing Lawyer role:
