Salary: £90000 - £100000 per annum
Employment Solicitor (Legal Director), 6+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £90,000+ (DOE) – Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor ready to take the next step into a senior leadership role? Do you have the ambition to develop a team, strengthen client relationships and play a significant part in growing a successful employment law practice? JOB REF: 5864.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
• This is an exciting opportunity for a senior employment lawyer who wants more than just a busy caseload. You will have the scope to influence the direction of the department, develop new business opportunities, mentor talented colleagues and help shape the future of a growing practice.
• You will take a leading role in delivering employment law services to a diverse client base, advising both employers and employees on a wide range of workplace issues.
• Alongside managing complex legal matters, you’ll be instrumental in building the profile of the Employment team, developing long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand the firm’s offering.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
• We are keen to hear from established Employment Solicitors who combine strong technical ability with the commercial mindset and leadership qualities needed to develop a successful practice.
• You will have significant experience in employment law, preferably at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Director level.
• Comprehensive knowledge of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• The confidence and ambition to lead a team, develop colleagues and drive departmental growth.
• A proven ability to generate business, strengthen client relationships and build a professional network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
